Strategic Advising
The work of the Center for Courageous Wholeness is grounded in a powerful realization:
We have reached the limits of our ability to solve systemic crises without leaders confronting their shadow.
This requires inner development, and it demands far more than a one-time workshop or technical training. Our approach is focused on helping individuals and organizations practice shadow-integrated servant leadership powerfully and at scale.
The Center provides strategic advising to foundations, civic institutions, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders seeking to develop shadow-integrated servant leaders here in the U.S. and around the world.

Executive Coaching
I develop purpose-driven senior leaders to become shadow-integrated servant leaders.
At this moment of accelerated change, complexity, and uncertainty, everyone is challenged to stay grounded, regulated, and able to lead self and others through conditions of constant chaos. The challenge is particularly acute for senior leaders whose actions and ways of being shape organizational life in foundational ways.
As AI impacts the workplace in ever more significant ways, it’s clear that the work is no longer about accessing knowledge and expertise. Rather, it is about cultivating a way of being that allows us to stay orientated to a higher purpose through the development of our own inner clarity, and to move forward in a world in which we are all literally making the path as we walk it.
I’ve been a senior leader at both large nonprofits and scrappy start-ups, and I have developed aa unique approach to coaching clients through a journey that allows them to lead through this unprecedented moment in time with wisdom, compassion, confidence and grace.
